Sara Scalia is a 5-foot-10 guard for the Minnesota Gophers Women’s Basketball team and was named 2022 All-Big Ten Second Team. She ranked 2nd nationally in 3-pointers with 101 total. In 2021, Sara was All-Big Ten Honorable Mention and Academic All-Big Ten. She is from Stillwater, Minnesota and attended Stillwater High School. A three-star recruit and the No. 56 rated guard in the country in 2019 according to ESPN. Sara was named Pioneer Press East Metro Girls Basketball Player of the Year as a senior. Named All-State twice and four-time all-conference honoree. Averaged 22.8 points per game as a senior and 26.5 points as a junior.
