2023 Gonzaga Bulldogs Artwork: Men's Tri-Blend T-Shirt By Vintage Brand™ not affiliated with or sponsored by Gonzaga Bulldogs Gonzaga University's men's basketball program, known as the Gonzaga Bulldogs, competes in Division I of the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) in the West Coast Conference. The Bulldogs play their home games at the McCarthey Athletic Center in Spokane, Washington. Over the years, 15 of Gonzaga's players have received the WCC Player of the Year award, and two players, Frank Burgess in 1961 and Adam Morrison in 2006, have led the nation in scoring. Morrison was even named the Co-National Player of the year for the 2005–06 season.
Gonzaga's basketball program has established itself as a major force in a mid-major conference since the mid-1990s. They have participated in every NCAA tournament since 1999, and have made it to the final AP poll each season since 2008-09. Their weekly poll appearances since the 2016-17 season is a remarkable streak of 115 consecutive weeks, which is the second-longest by a Catholic institution behind Marquette. In addition, the Bulldogs have appeared in all but one WCC conference title game since 1995, winning 16 of them.
In 2016-17, Gonzaga's basketball team advanced to their first-ever Final Four and even made it to the national championship game, where they lost to North Carolina. They made it to the Final Four in 2021, but lost to Baylor in the Elite Eight and were defeated by UCONN in 2023 in the Elite Eight. Despite this setback, the Bulldogs' basketball program remains one of the strongest in the nation. Authentic work of art ©2023 Vintage Brand.
